Mentoring

The Mentoring relationship has the same structure as the Coaching relationship and is based on the same principles: active listening and trust but there are some key differences between the two: advice and short-term vs long-term results. 

As a mentor, you can see me as a person with whom you share your professional situation, request feedback and advice regarding your long-term career plans, bounce ideas regarding possible career choices, in a neutral environment outside of your day-to-day workplace.
